Being able to continuously explore and pushing the boundaries of creative mediums both physically and digitally is an important part of Yutaka’s artistic practice. As such, his works are often presented in multiple formats while incorporating the space that surrounds it. Treating the space as one of the materials with which to engage in a creative dialogue is also part of the artist’s main oeuvre.

For his latest solo show at UUH-OOH, Yutaka meticulously juxtaposes his mixed media artistic objects within a vintage shop/florist workshop environment that seemingly connects, creating an holistic landscape of visual encounters. He also worked with AI to create the title for the exhibition, a name that could reflect all the intentions and multiple logics that existed in the artist’s mind. The following paragraph of AI’s comment to the title appropriately summarizes his core concepts for the show:

“Fluxosphere could be an interesting title for Yutaka Inagawa's show because it evokes a sense of a dynamic and constantly changing environment, which could be reflected in the artworks on display. The "fluxo-" prefix implies a sense of movement or flow, while the "- sphere" suffix suggests a contained and encompassing space. This combination of elements creates a sense of a self-contained world that is in a state of constant flux, which could be an intriguing concept to explore in an art exhibition. Additionally, the word has a futuristic and technological feel, which could also be reflected in the artworks themselves, whether through the use of cutting-edge materials or techniques.”
